about.
I’m especially interested in why people adopt new technologies—and why they don’t. Whether it’s helping teams navigate fuzzy innovation phases or shaping pricing strategies for emerging products, I aim to translate early-stage ideas into solutions people actually want.

My work focuses on translating insights into actionable strategies and tangible products that drive adoption, meant to deliver measurable value for users and businesses.
I began in psychology and biology, fascinated by how people think, feel, and behave. That curiosity eventually took me into the world of interactive systems and robotics, where I’ve spent the last decade exploring how humans respond to emerging technologies—from home robots to AI-driven wellness tools.
Before pivoting into product innovation, I spent eight years in business management and product marketing, developing a sharp sense of competitors, pricing, positioning, and the organizational realities that shape product success. That experience still informs how I balance blue-sky ideas with strategic alignment, timelines, and delivery constraints.
Since then, I’ve worked with multidisciplinary teams across the U.S. and Japan, launched studies inside people’s homes, and presented research that helped shape product roadmaps. For Amazon’s Lab126, I was an innovation strategy fellow, delivering insights to steer next-gen consumer robots. For Toyota Research Institute, I co-led projects designing robots to foster well-being and meaning in later life. And for Honda Research Institute, I analyzed early adopter behavior to inform home tech development, led cross-functional design workshops, and gathered product feedback in live environments.
Along the way, I’ve led product research focused on consumer robotics, smart tech, and behavior change, always aiming to ground bold ideas in real human needs, attitudes, and market realities.
My mission is to discover and inform early-stage innovation ideas, shaping them into concepts that are not only desirable, but viable. This ensures they resonate with real people and stand a chance in the real world.
